Using your voice is something we all do completely naturally, yet so many of us find our own voices difficult to hear and all of us have trouble being heard from time to time. What if you could simply allow yourself to enjoy your voice and let yourself be heard? There's so much out there, so how can your voice help you? 

Flackstock 2024

Flackstock 2024 was an inspiring and emotional journey providing Reiki treatment tasters with the Wellness Team. Can't wait to do it again. Final count suggested that the 2 of us who were doing Reiki treated more than 20 people each through the day. Exciting, powerful and humbling. 

Your voice is so important

Life is a constant stream of changes and compromise, ups and downs, good and bad. We don't have a lot of say in many areas of our lives, but we can change that. Have a listen and see what you think.
